[The intercom rings cheerily, and a familiar voice follows.]

Hello, students! Lots of you are hiding in your rooms, but such actions aren't very suitable for a place like this! Get your mutual killing on!

By the way, I opened up the second floor. I was so caught up in the excitement from the trial that I forgot all about it. If you wanna explore, go right ahead! All the rooms up there are unlocked!

[It rings again, and the voice is gone.]

[If the students go upstairs, they'll find brand new rooms that look clean and unused; there are three classrooms, mostly identical, with 24 desks and a large blackboard at the front of each one. It looks like they've been cleaned recently, and there's even chalk waiting on the blackboard ledge.]

[Other than that, there's an infirmary, a janitorial closet, and a scientific equipment room. In the infirmary are various medical supplies ranging from bandages to splints, along with various types of medicine for colds, coughs, and other small sicknesses. There are also three beds with clean white sheets and dividing curtains between each for privacy. Overall, the room is incredibly clean - it, too, appears to have been cleaned very recently, along with materials being restocked. The janitorial closet is akin to the one on the first floor, not much different aside from a damp mop - it's been used recently.]

[The equipment room, however, is different. On the shelves rest various microscopes, along with slides of blood samples and small plant cells in stacks next to them. There are safety goggles, rubber gloves, and thick aprons used for laboratory safety rather than kitchen work. In the back corner of the room is also two large vats resting on stands - one says HCl, the other HNO3. Both are loudly labelled CORROSIVE and have safety labels requesting users to utilize gloves, goggles, and aprons when handling. There's even a nice little picture of a hand melting to explain it further. Despite all this, however, the room is markedly different - it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in decades, a thick smell of dust and grime emanating from every corner of the room. The microscopes' gears are rusted, screens thick with grey dust, and the slides themselves have to be wiped with a cloth to even get an idea of what they're holding. The only thing that appears to have been touched with any recent action is the acid - it's new, not coated with dust, and appears to have been placed there recently.]

Ah... er... no, I haven't. Could probably use the bucket as a pot...

[gestures to the metal bucket next to the mop, then... goes back to staring at that mop, looking slightly worried]

[meticulously searches every room for plants and/or soil]

[no, really, that's all he's on the lookout for... though he is glad to see that they have an infirmary now]

[currenly laying on the ground in one of the classrooms to look under the cupboard]

It-- it takes so long for a tree to grow, you know? And then people cut them all down, just to make things that could be made out of stone or cement or other plants or plastic...

[thinks of his own tree and its crossed out picture and swallows]

Do you enjoy cuting them down?

[he's willing to take back what he said about him having killed Tony, but first he wants to know the answer]

[He mopes around the second floor, more aimlessly walking than anything. He hasn't even discovered the new equipment yet because he can't bring himself to care enough to go into the rooms.]




[Sigh. Don't mind him he's just miserable.]

[he's dusting chalk off his hands when he sees him being miserable and... pauses in the hall]

[He stops and glances up at him.]

[It comes out sarcastically. Lev's the first person he's seen today besides that annoying girl banging on his door all night.]

Okay, well, you go ahead and chop up the onions, then, go on, ugh thank you for doing that, I tear up too much around them!

/now to dig in through the pantry for other things
