**Preparation Post**

We are 1 week away from the launch of the DR thing! I'll be putting up the introduction post on June 16 2013 at 4pm EST in this community. Don't worry about not being online just at that moment; that post will likely be active for a good while.

Couple notes:

*On the intro post, comment with a top-level comment with your character's reaction. From there, you're free to tag whomever you like. If everyone has a top-level comment, it makes it easier to track threads and such, IMO. Please thread-jump if your RPing gets long in order to save our resident German's heart, however.

*A few people have expressed interest in making accounts, and that's totally OK! You can use an account or anonymous replying; it's whatever your happiness level is. With an account, you'll be able to get e-mail notifications or, if you still prefer to play as anon, track threads and get e-mail notifications like that (the track icon is the small bell on the right side of comments). Dreamwidth still has free account-making, so it's whatever you want to do! With an account, you can also subscribe to this community and get e-mail notifications for when a new entry shows up.

*Just to have it in writing one more time and avoid confusion, here's the general flow of the RP:
--(Ab)normal Days: The casual time. During this period, you are free to RP with anyone in the created post, investigate, whatever. This period ends when there is a murder.
--Abnormal Days: The investigative time. During this period, characters will examine clues to discover who the murderer was. This period ends with the descent to the trial area.
--School Trial: The judgment period. During this period, characters use the clues they've gathered to discern the identity of the murderer. This period ends with an execution.
In regards to murders: When you wish to murder someone, either PM this account ([personal profile] iruy) or DM me on Twitter (if you don't know my twitter then I don't know what to do with you). Tell me the victim (pls contact the victim ahead of time and tell me you did so), time, and method of murder, and I will make a post at the end of (Ab)normal Days when things seem to be quieting down of the murder scene's existence, details within it, and leave it. Anyone is free to stumble upon the scene. Once more than two people have witnessed the crime scene (other than the murderer, of course), Abnormal Days will begin and (Ab)normal days will end.
NOTE: If you were the victim but you still have ongoing threads, feel free to finish them, of course. It might be easier to know how they end beforehand, though, in order to give people alibis or desired interactions.

That's it! If you have any questions, comment below or message me through PM or DM. See you in a week.
